We’ll discuss understanding their unique challenges, such as navigating new systems and overcoming language barriers. Discuss support initiatives and explore how community collaboration can build bridges between established residents and newcomers. The goal is to leave with a renewed commitment to creating a welcoming, inclusive community for all.
