About me
Cody is an Out-of-school Time Programs and Partnership Specialist at the Colorado Department of Education (CDE), supporting the 21st Century Community Learning Centers grant program. In this role, Cody supports program quality and compliance among 21st CCLC grantees to ensure high-impact programming at centers across the state. He is a content specialist in the areas of service-learning and positive youth development, and regularly provides trainings and consultations on these topics. During his time at CDE, Cody has supported numerous collective impact initiatives, including serving as a co-chair of the Colorado State Youth Council. Prior to his time at CDE, Cody spent 5 years managing a neighborhood center based in a Denver middle school, which focused on providing high-quality OST programs and wrap-around supports to students and families.
