About me
Lilian Chimuma, PhD., is a mixed methods evaluator and researcher with a passion for translating research to practice in interdisciplinary contexts for nuanced and complex problems. Lilian is currently supporting efforts around equitable evaluation and research practices in data collection, analysis, evaluation design and implementation, and dissemination of findings in her capacity as an evaluator for the sexual violence prevention program with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). She is also passionate about applying culturally sensitive and equitable practices; and how to consciously, yet effectively merge qualitative and quantitative evidence such that the voices of those served in the communities of interest are prioritized and elevated.
